Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using CutBolt you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

CutBolt is a browser-based editor that removes silence from your videos. All processing happens on your device.

3. Your content

You keep full ownership of everything you upload, edit, and export. We do not claim any rights to your files and we never receive them.

4. Subscriptions and billing

CutBolt Pro starts with a one-time $1.00 activation fee charged immediately, which begins a 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically starts and your payment method is charged $20.00 per month, and then every month on the same date, until cancelled.

All prices are in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply. The activation fee is non-refundable. Recurring charges are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never store your full card details. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds.

You can cancel anytime from the manage subscription page. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our refund policy. We may change prices with notice, effective on your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use CutBolt for anything illegal, don't try to break or resell the service, and don't attempt to bypass its security.

6. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
